Material:

4 large onions, grated.

2 large tomatoes, grated.

1/2 cup peas (frozen or boiled).

1/2 cup cauliflower, grated.

2 medium potatoes, grated.

1/2 cup fresh coriander, grated.

1/4 cup pav bhaji masala.

1 tbsp red chilli powder.

1 tbsp coriander powder.

1/2 tbsp turmeric powder.

1/2 tbsp garam masala.

salt as per taste.

3 tbsp oil.

2 tbsp butter.

Pav (brown or white) – to serve.


How to make:

Heat oil and butter in a pan.

Add grated onions and sauté until golden.

Now add grated potatoes to it and mix well.

Add tomatoes, peas, cauliflower, and coriander leaves. Mix everything and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Now add pav bhaji masala, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix everything well.

Cook on high flame for 15-20 minutes, add some water if needed.

Serve the well mixed pav bhaji with hot pav.

Your official pav bhaji is ready! Serve it with hot pav and enjoy cold or with onion slices.
