Material:

250 grams cheese, chopped.

2 tomatoes, grated.

1 onion, grated.

1 tbsp amazing butter.

1 tbsp oil.

1 tsp red chilli powder.

1 tsp turmeric powder.

1 teaspoon garam masala.

1 tbsp coriander powder.

1 tbsp cumin powder.

1 tsp fragrant salt.

1/2 cup cream.

1/2 cup coriander leaves, chopped.


How to make:

Heat oil and butter in a pan.

Add grated onions and sauté until golden.

Now add tomatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and garam masala. Mix everything well and keep stirring the mixture.

When the tomatoes start cooking and the oil starts separating, add paneer pieces to it. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Now add cream and mix gently. Also add aromatic salt.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

Your Paneer Butter Masala is ready! Serve it with naan or roti.
