Kaju Katli Sweet Recipe

1. Cashews (chopped) – 1 cup
2. Sugar - 1/2 cup
3. Water – 1/4 cup
4. Ghee - 1 teaspoon
5. Cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon

How to make:

1. First of all, heat ghee in a pan.

2. Add chopped cashews to hot ghee and fry on medium flame, also add cardamom powder.

3. Now, make sugar syrup by adding sugar in a separate vessel. When the syrup is ready, look at one or two drops of sugar to check its fluidity and see that it forms like a leaf.

4. Then, add sugar syrup to the roasted cashews and mix well.

5. Turn off the gas and let the mixture cool, and then roll the leaves with the help of a rolling pin.

6. Cut the rolled leaves into squares and your Kaju Katli is ready!
