How to make

1. First, chop onion and tomato finely.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
3. When cumin seeds start crackling, add onion and fry until golden.
4. Now add ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
5. Add tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
6. Now add all the mixed veggies, mix well, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.
7. Add all the spices (turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder, garam masala) and mix.
8. Let it cook well and add salt as per taste.
9.Your mixed veg is ready! Serve with roti or rice.
