Recipe to make Manchurian.

Material:

1 cup cabbage (finely chopped)

1/2 cup flour

2 tbsp corn flour

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon vinegar

1/2 tsp garam masala powder

1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste

salt as per taste

Oil (for frying)


Method of preparation:

Sweetness of Cabbage:

Chop the cabbage finely and add a little salt to it and keep it for 10-15 minutes.

Then wash it in water and drain it thoroughly.

Prepare the batter:

Like mithai, make a thick batter by mixing flour, corn flour, soy sauce, vinegar, garam masala powder, and ginger-garlic paste.

Dip the cauliflower in the batter:

Put the cabbage in the prepared batter and mix it well and cover it with the batter.

Fry:

Heat oil in a pan and fry the cauliflower in the prepared batter, remove it when it becomes golden.

Prepare the sauce:

Heat some oil in a pan, then add soy sauce, vinegar, garam masala powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt and mix well.

Make Manchurian:

Add fried cauliflower to the prepared sauce and mix well.

If you want, serve garnished with coriander leaves.

Serve:

Serve your Manchurian with rice or noodles and enjoy!
