How to make pizza

Making pizza is very simple! Let's make a basic pizza:


1. Pizza dough (or readymade pizza base)
2. Pizza Sauce
3. mozzarella cheese
4. Toppings: Tomato, Onion, Capsicum, Mushroom, Cheese, as you like
5. Oregano and basil powder (or basil and a little coriander powder)
6. Oil or butter (for coating the dough)


1.Make the dough:
If you're making pizza dough, make the dough by mixing flour, water, salt, and a little oil. Or you can also use readymade pizza base.

2. Apply sauce on pizza base:
Apply pizza sauce on the pizza base. You can adjust the amount of sauce as per your taste.

3. Add cheese:
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the pizza base.

4. Add toppings:
Now add your favorite toppings. Tomato, Onion, Capsicum, Mushroom, Paneer etc.

5. Add spices as per taste:
Sprinkle oregano and basil powder, or basil and coriander powder on pizza.

6. Bake:
Now bake the pizza well. You can make it in the oven or on the tawa. If there is an oven, bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.

7. Remove and serve:
When the pizza is nicely browned, take it out, cut it and serve.
Your restaurant-like pizza with tadka and chutney is ready! You can make pizza in many variations using your favorite ingredients and as per your taste.
