1 cup gram flour (chickpea flour)

1. In a large bowl, mix gram flour, grated cheese, chopped onion, green chilli, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and salt.

2. Make a thick batter by adding water slowly, taking care that the batter is not too thick.

3. Now keep this batter covered for 10-15 minutes, so that it can firm up properly.

4. Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan.

5. Now make small balls from the batter and put them in oil.

6. Fry the pakoras slowly until golden, and then remove and place on paper towel to absorb excess oil.
